Joseph Priola, has over thirty years of banking experience. He founded Coveted Financial Services in March 2011. Mr. Priola joined the PrivateBank in 2003 as an Associate Managing Director. He began his career in 1988 with the former American National Bank of Chicago’s Wheaton Branch (now Chase) as a Commercial Business Development Officer. After 10 years with American, he became Vice President of Commercial Banking at The Northern Trust, Schaumburg where his responsibilities were commercial business development and client servicing.
A graduate of National Lewis University, Mr. Priola has long been active in civic and charitable activities. He is a member and past president and treasurer of the St. Charles Breakfast Rotary, treasurer and committee chair of the St. Charles East Baseball Boosters and an active member of St. John Neumann Church.
Vice President | Financial Specialist
Jenn Rosati has over 17 years of financial experience in the banking industry. She began her banking career in 1996 as a Portfolio Analyst at The Northern Trust Company working in the Corporate and Institutional Services group, specifically in Public Funds Services. She moved on to become a senior analyst, account manager and Trust Officer within the Public Funds, Large Corporate, and Global Fund Services groups working in fund administration. She also has experience as a Client Service Manager in Commercial Banking. In 2004, Ms. Rosati joined The PrivateBank working in loan documentation and review in the Illinois Commercial banking group as a Private Banking Officer. She held this position until joining Coveted Financial Services in 2012.
In her role as Vice President, Financial Specialist, Ms. Rosati utilizes her analytical expertise to serve our clients. She also assists with marketing, client service and account management. Jenn is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is an active member in the Blackberry Creek Elementary PTO, Elburn Baseball and Softball organization, and Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
Vice President | Client Development
Bridget Summerwill has 20 years of banking experience. She started her career in 1987 with The Central Trust Bank (now PNC) in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was Assistant Branch Manager and Officer of their Brentwood Branch. In 1989, she joined The Northern Trust where she had an impressive 18 year career. During her tenure at Northern Trust, Ms. Summerwill, Vice President, assisted high net worth clients with their investment, credit and banking needs. She worked at the LaSalle Street headquarters initially in personal banking and then as a Private Banker on the Private banking Legal Team. In 2002, she relocated to the Schaumburg Office to concentrate on working with business owners and corporate executives. She was responsible for marketing, new business development, and relationship management.
In her role as Vice President of Client Development, Ms. Summerwill is responsible for marketing, financial analysis and managing client relationships. A graduate of Marquette University, Ms. Summerwill is an active volunteer in the St. Charles school district as well as St. Patrick’s Church.
Vice President | Project Manager
Blair Fuchs has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with over 10 years in retirement plan consulting. Mr. Fuchs started in the commercial banking industry in 1990 with First Chicago/American National Bank and concentrated on small to mid-market business lending and cash management. From 2000 to 2009, he was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch prior to joining LPL Financial d/b/a Everest Wealth Management as an Independent Wealth Advisor. Mr. Fuchs has advised the small and mid-market businesses along with the company’s executive management team.
In his role as Vice President and Project Manager, Mr. Fuchs utilizes his vast experience in financial analysis and managing client relationships. Blair is a graduate of Illinois State University and holds the FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24.
He currently resides in Sheridan, Illinois with his wife and two children.
Vice President | Client Development
Daniel Johnson joined Coveted Financial Services in 2015. He has held numerous positions within the commercial banking division over his 12 year career, working as a credit analyst for EFS Bank (now PNC Bank), then moving into a Business Development and Portfolio Management role at The PrivateBank & Trust, before becoming a VP at a small Chicagoland Community Bank.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where he studied Accounting from 1999 – 2003, graduating with a B.S. Degree from the College of Business. Dan’s technical skills include financial statement analysis, credit analysis, loan structuring, cash flow planning and collateral structuring in order to help business owners and third parties make informed decisions about their businesses. Mr. Johnson is also QuickBooks Pro Certified and helps select client engagements with bookkeeping consulting.
He resides in Elgin, Illinois with his wife, Gail, and two kids, Dane and Jace.
Vice President | Project Manager
Michael Holtorf joined Coveted Financial Services in 2016. He started in the retail banking business and moved to commercial loan underwriting while attending DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Upon graduation with a BS in Accounting and Finance, he transferred to the private sector as a controller for a national real estate sales and marketing firm. During his 20+ years there, in addition to the controller responsibilities, Mr. Holtorf also was involved in securing financing and structuring the purchase of buildings for condo conversions. In addition to these roles, he also collaborated and oversaw a compressive software program to manage over 5,000 condo units in their inventory in various states.
In his role as Vice President, Project Manager, Mr. Holtorf utilizes his years of experience in accounting and finance to achieve his clients financial goal. He is a CMA (Certified Managerial Accountant) since 1997, an Illinois Managing Real Estate Broker and has a FAA Commercial Multi-Engine License.
He resides in Geneva, Illinois with his two kids, Katie and Jack.
Vice President | Marketing
Susie Farmer has over ten years of marketing and business development experience, starting with her role as Marketing Coordinator for The PrivateBank. In this position she maintained company branding, aided with their award winning annual report, helped to roll out their national presence with five additional locations during the bank’s strategic growth period, and organized events for their high net worth clients. Since then she has worked in the commercial real estate industry with a strong focus on office and medical transactions. Key brokerage clients include Duke Realty and Healthcare Realty Trust.
In her role as Vice President, Marketing, Ms. Farmer helps to educate prospective clients of the many services offered by Coveted Financial. She is a graduate of Augustana College and supports a variety of local organizations including the Western Elementary PTO and Geneva Baseball Association, and maintains her Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
She resides in Geneva, Illinois with her husband and two sons.
Richard Cremerius has over thirty years of experience in Finance and Accounting with a strong background in manufacturing and administrative systems improvement. He began his career in 1977 in banking and finance prior to joining Haumiller Engineering Company. As Vice President, CFO, at Haumiller, he was responsible for all Accounting and Treasury Functions in addition to Purchasing and Human Resources. Mr. Cremerius was heavily involved in developing efficient and lean processes throughout the Company. He retired from Haumiller Engineering and began working with Coveted Financial Services in March of 2017.
Mr. Cremerius was a member of the Board of Directors of Haumiller Engineering for over twenty five years and a member of the TMA BSI Board of Directors for over ten years.
In his role as Vice President and Project Manager, Mr. Cremerius utilizes his extensive background in Accounting, Finance, Strategic Planning and Systems Improvement to help clients streamline processes and utilize assets to maximize profitability. He has a bachelor degree in Accounting from Roosevelt University and currently holds the Registered CPA designation.
Vice President | Accounting Services Manager
Debbie Castoro joined Coveted Financial with over twenty years of bookkeeping and business operations experience. Her tenure focused on machinery and manufacturing corporations including MacLean Machinery Network and Redwood International Machinery where her diverse skillset was incremental to the success of both organizations. Ms. Castoro’s duties went above and beyond her Quickbooks proficiency, as she worked hand in a hand with the firms’ CEOs to maintain valuable vendor relations, oversee HR priorities, and analyze growth opportunities.
As Vice President, Accounting Services Manager Ms. Castoro brings an unparalleled professionalism to Coveted clients in regards to bookkeeping. She is an expert at creating customized procedures and processes that ultimately lead to company-wide increases in efficiency and profitability. Her role allows our clients to regain focus of their own business knowing the day-to-day finances are kept orderly and are ready for reporting. With these strong reports, Coveted strategies can be formed that will increase cash flow and the ultimate growth of the organization.
She resides in McHenry, Illinois and the Sarasota area of Florida.
