Transaction Relationship

Retainer Relationship

Retainer Clients engage Coveted Financial on an ongoing basis. They may or may not need to move or expand their commercial banking relationship. Rather, they engage Coveted to provide ongoing financial consulting for every aspect of their business. Coveted will spend a minimum of one day on-site with the corporate executive team (Owner, President, CEO, CFO, etc.) implementing a continuous, ever evolving plan to meet their financial objectives.

PRICING

At Coveted Financial Services, we are compensated for fixing our client’s current financial dilemma. No two clients are alike. No two clients’ problems are alike.

There are three primary situations when Business Owners engage Coveted Financial and the pricing structure is based on their specific need.

Transactional Relationship:

A transactional relationship occurs when a client is interested in moving their commercial banking relationship. They have neither the interest, nor the time, nor the expertise to find the best bank, terms and over all banking relationship to meet their needs.

Clients engage Coveted and will pay a monthly set fee. An hourly amount can also be quoted. There is also a “success fee”. This a percentage of the aggregate amount of credit placed with a lender. The fees are determined by the scope of the work involved. This is defined in detail in the Coveted Engagement Agreement provided for that specific client and transaction.

Retainer Relationship:

Retainer Clients engage Coveted Financial on an on-going basis. They may or may not need to move or expand their commercial banking relationship. Rather, they engage Coveted to provide ongoing financial consulting for every aspect of their business. Coveted will spend a minimum of one day on-site with the corporate executive team (Owner, President, CEO, CFO, etc.) implementing a continuous, ever evolving plan to meet their financial objectives.

Clients engage Coveted and will pay a monthly retainer. An hourly amount can also be quoted. The monthly retainer is determined by the scope of the work involved. This is defined in detail in the Coveted Engagement Agreement provided to that specific client.
