Retainer Clients engage Coveted Financial on an ongoing basis. They may or may not need to move or expand their commercial banking relationship. Rather, they engage Coveted to provide ongoing financial consulting for every aspect of their business. Coveted will spend a minimum of one day on-site with the corporate executive team (Owner, President, CEO, CFO, etc.) implementing a continuous, ever evolving plan to meet their financial objectives.

THE COVETED RETAINER PROCESS:

    We identify the client’s financial objectives
    We do a full financial analysis
    We prepare cash flow analysis, projections, review expenses, sales strategies, account receivable and payable agings audit, time management and comprehensive review of current banking relationship
    We work collectively with Business Owner, CFO, and all members of the Executive team on creating an action plan
    We work collectively with all of their trusted advisors (bankers, accountants, attorneys, investment advisor, etc.) so that all interests are aligned to meet our clients’ financial goals
    We meet with the client a minimum of once a month on-site as this is an ongoing process

PRICING:

Retainer Clients engage Coveted Financial on an ongoing basis. They may or may not need to move or expand their commercial banking relationship. Rather, they engage Coveted to provide ongoing financial consulting for every aspect of their business. Coveted will spend a minimum of one day on-site with the corporate executive team (Owner, President, CEO, CFO, etc.) implementing a continuous, ever evolving plan to meet their financial objectives.

Clients engage Coveted and will pay a monthly retainer. An hourly amount can also be quoted. The monthly retainer is determined by the scope of the work involved. This is defined in detail in the Coveted Engagement Agreement provided to that specific client.
